About this Role

This internship is all about people. You'll work directly with our creators and campus ambassadors to build a GiGi fan army — a community that loves the brand as much as we love them back. You'll host incredible creator meetups, create content with the community, run challenges, and so much more. This role is perfect for extroverted people who LOVE meeting others, striking up conversations with strangers, and creating amazing viral content together.

What You'll Do Every Day

  • 1Work hands-on with Gigi's creators and campus ambassadors every single day
  • 2Build and grow the GiGi fan army — a community obsessed with the brand
  • 3Host incredible creator meetups, community hangouts and brand activations
  • 4Create content with the community — collabs, challenges, behind-the-scenes and more
  • 5Run viral challenges, contests and engagement drops across Instagram and WhatsApp
  • 6Be the bridge between the brand and its most passionate fans
  • 7Bring fresh, wildly creative community ideas to the Founder's Office every week

Must-Haves

  • Must be based in Bangalore — non-negotiable
  • Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of full-time work experience
  • Extroverted — you genuinely love meeting new people and bringing them together
  • An active, public Instagram presence (you'll live in the community)
  • Experience organizing events, fests, meetups or communities — college counts
  • Some events you'll organize will be in the evenings and weekends, so you'll start your days later and get time off, of course
