About this Role
This is not your average internship. As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly alongside the leadership team and get exposure to every corner of the business — from the factory floor to retail shelves to our social channels. If you're hungry, ambitious, and ready to learn fast, this is your launchpad.
What You'll Do Every Day
- 1Support offline and online distribution goals by identifying new channel opportunities
- 2Assist in launching new retail partnerships and tracking performance
- 3Run errands, collect data and generate insights that directly inform business decisions
- 4Coordinate with marketing, sales and ops teams to execute campaigns and initiatives
- 5Be in the field — visiting stores, gyms, offices, and events to understand the market firsthand
- 6Pitch growth ideas and own small projects from start to finish
- 7Prepare weekly reports on progress and learnings for the founders
Requirements
- Must be based in Bangalore — non-negotiable
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of full-time work experience
- Obsessed with building things and making things happen
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- A genuine interest in FMCG, startups, or consumer brands
- Strong communication skills — written and verbal
